Greg Baltz

COO and General Counsel

Greg Baltz is Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel for DBT DEVELOPMENT GROUP/DBT-DATA. Greg, an attorney-at-law with extensive experience in real estate, commercial lending and business law, has been with DBT for more than 20 years and manages all aspects of DBT’s projects from site selection through the development process to leasing and sales.

Prior to joining DBT, Greg was in the private practice of law for 12 years representing lenders and other businesses in the areas of real estate, bankruptcy and business law.

Greg received a B.A. degree from Ursinus College and his J.D. degree from Rutgers University School of Law-Camden.
