Kristin Rose is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with more than 20 years of experience in property and facilities management, specializing in Class A office properties serving federal agencies and government contractors. Throughout her career, she has managed complex portfolios and delivered exceptional operational performance for high-profile tenants, including NASA Headquarters, the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Lockheed Martin, and Leidos. Kristin has been recognized by Homeland Security with an award for exceptional customer service and by COPT for Excellence in Innovation.

Kristin earned her degree from California State University, Long Beach, and holds the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from BOMI International. Known for her strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational expertise, she has successfully overseen building operations, tenant relations, capital projects, and regulatory compliance in highly secure and mission-critical environments.
