A Certified Public Accountant with more than 12 years of experience at a top-100 public accounting firm, Sam built a distinguished career advising clients in the real estate and construction sectors. As a former partner and leader of the firm’s real estate niche practice, he guided developers, general contractors, and investors through complex financial, tax, and operational matters. His work included transaction structuring, partnership allocations, entity optimization, and strategic advisory services designed to enhance profitability and scalability. Known for his analytical rigor and practical business insight, Sam earned a reputation as a trusted advisor to both emerging and institutional real estate operators.
