Jug Street and Harrison Road, New Albany, Ohio.  DBT-DATA assembled this 84 acre data center site by purchasing and merging 17 parcels from 14 separate owners.  DBT-DATA cleared the site, annexed it into New Albany and the New Albany International Business Park, secured data center zoning and a 54 MW power commitment from AEP.  The property was sold to Google in 2025.
