DBT-DATA assembled this 84 acre data center site by purchasing and merging 17 parcels from 14 separate owners. 

Tuscarora Crossing is a 234 acre residential and industrial development site just outside of Leesburg, Virginia.

511 Shaw Road, Sterling, Virginia is a 129,000 square foot data center shell building which DBT-DATA sold to CyrusOne, LLC in 2016.

DBT-DATA purchased this data center back from Harris Corp. in 2013.  DBT-DATA operated the data center for roughly a year and then sold it to Wellpoint, Inc.

DBT-DATA purchased a 100,000 square foot industrial building and built out a 10,000 square foot data center, plus 59,000 square feet of data center expansion space and support staff offices.

South Roxbury Mill Road, Thornburg, Virginia is a 175 acre, 600 MW data center development site in the I-95 corridor just north of Richmond.  This site also offers access to reclaimed water and natural gas power generation capacity.

This is a 93 acre data center site in the New Albany International Business Park. 

Old Ox Road, Sterling, Virginia is a 39.67 acre data center development site.  

21800 Beaumeade Circle, Ashburn, Virginia is a 70,000 square foot data center shell building which DBT-DATA sold to H5 Capital in 2015

A 49,734 square foot data center shell building which DBT-DATA sold to Level3 Communications, LLC in 2014.

Harrison Road, SW, New Albany, Ohio is a 44 acre data center development site.  

13775 McLearen Road, Herndon, VA was a 135,000 square foot office building on a 8.65 acre site.  

Broderick Drive, Sterling, Virginia is 25.5 acre data center development site which DBT-DATA  sold to QTS Data Centers in 2017.

44610 Guilford Drive, Ashburn, Virginia is a 123,000 square foot, purpose-built, powered data center shell on 4.73 acres.

44664 Guildford Drive, Ashburn, Virginia is a 109,000 square foot data center shell building which DBT-DATA leased to RagingWire Data Centers, Inc. in 2011.
