Tuscarora Crossing

Tuscarora Crossing is a 234 acre residential and industrial development site just outside of Leesburg, Virginia.  DBT-DATA and its partner, Capretti Land Development, have obtained zoning for 3 data center sites, several hundred residential units and a 6 acre affordable housing project.  The 3 data center development sites have been sold to Black Chamber Group and the residential lots are being sold to NVR Homes.
